Help Needed
My bestfriend self harms just like I used to.
She’s in counseling already but she can’t seem to quit.
I want to help her.
Can people give me ways to show her that she is better than cutting?

I lost the one good thing in my life. Shane.
He hasn’t been trying for 3 weeks, so people said it was good we broke up.
But he was still my person, now I’ve lost him as a friend, and a boyfriend.
